Help Needed :( Graduated while waiting for study permit extension

Hello Everyone,

I decided to post my issue here because I couldn't get any valid answers from anyone

I applied for a study permit extension on 1st november 2022 and while I was waiting for the extension I graduated and received my diploma from my college on 22nd December

I was wondering If I can apply for the PGWP while I am waiting for the study permit extension or if should I wait for the decision to come.

I am done with 2 years of school now so not sure what to do because I graduated while I was waiting for the study permit extension

Any help would be appreciated a lot!!!
