Help Needed for Filling of Visa Application form

Good Day all,

Very soon, I will be applying for student visa paper based at VFS Delhi. The application package includes Form "Schedule 1- Application for temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257- SCHEDULE 1]. The document checklist (Form no 5483E) also has option for IMM 5257

Where as, upon filling online questionnaire, the checklist was generated , the list of forms/ documents does not included "IMM 5257"

So , i want to know:-

1) Does IMM 5257 has to be submitted?
2) In form 1294 (Application for study permit made outside of Canada), There it is asked "My expenses in Canada will be paid by", as i have taken study loan and shown my parent financial support together for tuition fees and living expense. So which option to select ?

Hi,

1.) I have filed application under SPP & temporary resident form is not required.
2.) You may check others and further elaborate under description as "Parents & Bank Loan"

I have done medical before applying for visa and The medical centre has given me a printout wherein a "UMI" number is mentioned .May i know in which form it has to be entered?

Submit the information sheet you received from the clinic along with your application package. Your medical exam results will be uploaded to CIC via their eMedical system. VO will use your UMI to evaluate your case.
