Help needed for family information form

My family is applying for a tourist visa online. On the "Family information" form at the end of section A they ask the following question : If no spouse or common-law partner is listed in section A, read and sign below. If my sister does not have any spouse or common-law partner, does she need to physically sign the form? Which forms needs to be physically signed and which form can be signed with the electronic signature ? Thank you

Which forms needs to be physically signed and which form can be signed with the electronic signature ? Thank you

Only the application form can be digitally signed. All others must be physically signed.
