We did medicals 3 weeks ago and sent updated police certificates, and now-2 weeks after that I received a mail concerning 2003-period when in question 10 in the application form I enclosed one certificate of appreciation given to me by the USA Department of State. In the column next to the institution,(city, country) I wrote USA because I thought I should write the country where the institution was from. I did some project on-line and I was not present in the USA. In the next question-11 It is clearly stated that I worked in my country in that year.
Now-the VO sent me a mail where they say if I wasn't in USA that year-to send them some copy of registration and evidence in case the project was done by correspondence. Nothing more.
Can anybody tell me what's this? Are they doing security checks?
I can not find any evidence because it was almost 10 years ago. This is what I plan to do on Monday: 1.write a mail and sign it-explaining that i have misunderstood the question and didn't live in USA-i did the project on-lin 2. enclose a letter from an american authority (i recived the letter) from that institution where he confirms that nobody was to travel to USA to do the project-it was on0line 3. Enclose a signed letter from my employer in 2003 where he confirms i was in my country, fully employed that year?
What do you think? Is anything else I can do?
