hello to all! my visa got refused yesterday. I applied for an spousal open work permit and student permit for my son.. We are not yer married and the reason for refusal is not enough proof that we are in a common law relationship. My question are if he comes back and we got married can we apply immediately again for open work permit because his work permit will expire on april 2015 and im worried about that..
