hi please my study permit was refused based on purpose and financial assets , my dad is the one paying for my fees and he already paid about 10,000 cad $ for my first semester fees , and in my country I can’t own a property yet unless it comes as an inheritance, I want to reapply how do I tackle this reasons .

Yes you can, although the only reason to order notes in your case was to know the exact details of rejections. You can proceed if you want to without ordering the notes. Wish you luck
I will go ahead to re apply because of time and recouche my SOP , write my affidavit of sponsorship and reduce some volume of documents etc , thank you soo much . I’ll keep you posted .

Okay , it simply means they are just receiving it , most times it takes a while for these applications to get to them . That’s why paper application time vary from online , but now that you have linked it to an account online , you will be getting information from there , just pray they call you for medical. Is it a study permit and is it your first time ?
