I did my medical in February 2020 and I got my visa stamped on 11 march 2020. However I couldn't travel due to covid and was working from home.
Now my medical is expired. So what is the process of retaking the medical. Should I just take the appointment of listed panel doctor and get it done. And how do I get to know that my medical has been cleared/approved ?
Any suggestions would be great

You visa has been approved anyway, so all you need to do is complete a medical exam again before you plan to travel and you don’t have submit the medicals again just carry the completion report with you when you board the flight
IRCC has nothing to do with your medicals now. All you have to do is get a new medical exam done and carry the report with you because since you visa is approved, when you land the immigration will ask you whether you have done a new medical exam, if not they will not allow you to work in Canada until you get a new one and they ll give you 6 months time.
so it is better to get a new one before you board the flight.
Oh the results are not for you... when you complete your medical exam you ll be given a report with your UMI no on it. Just take it with you and show it to the immigration officer when you land
Hi, No I have not. My Visa status is invalid due to expired medicals. I retook medical on 19th April and still waiting for my status to get valid again.
We cannot travel if our visa status is invalid.
