help me regarding online application--- its urgent

can anyone tell me ... while filling online application for VISA... if anyone didnt upload their educational documents due to confusion and application is submitted then what will happend?? is that any chance to upload or send the documents to VO or not

kindly tell me... its kind of urgent...
