my husband applying for a working permit in the embassy but he wants to know if he can accompany us (me and my daughter) even if he is a low skilled worker. is it possible to approve or refuse it by the embassy.. I can apply also my own lmo but it not suit with my experience.. my lmo is kitchen helper but my experiences are all about accounting works.. anyone help me to answer this.

yes, you may it doesnt matter your work experience is not related to as a kitchen helper. I think that would be applicable to a skilled individual that their work experience it should be related with the job offer... you try to apply who knows... you might be approved because there were lots of low skilled applicants applied for a work visa without having experienced to the job offer as low skilled.

thanks lynard but the employer of my husband will give me a recommendation letter that state even if i have no experience to the job offer my husband will assist me to that kind of work.. thanks so much

Your husband would only be able to accompany you as a visitor unless he had an LMO and job offer as well.

yeah he has a lmo but it's low skilled is it okay? and i have a lmo to we're the same lmo as kitchen helper and i want to accompany our only daughter. We do want to accompany her. What will i do?

You must apply for a study permit for your daughter, assuming she is of school age.

guys help me please, pede ba ako magpasa ng application for WP my lmo is kitchen helper i want to accompany my daughter,, But my experience here in Philippines was accounting works.. Need ko ba ng experience as kitchen helper even if my lmo is under low skilled naman,, MY husband also has his own lmo as kitchen helper, we have separate application but same employer gusto lang namin makasama ung 4 yrs old n daughter ko..
