Hi Help pls
I m permanent resident since June 2014.
my girl friend she is on refugee status and right now she is on deportation since last tow year luckily she still here and she didn't get PRA yet
if I get marriage her she can stay here and she has to go back to home country .she is pregnant right now we expecting baby in Dec 2016
I don't want to send her Help me pls
getting married in canada does not allow her to live or work in canada. if you want her to live with you in canada, after you get married, you must apply to sponsor her for PR. Having a PR application also doesn't guarantee she will be able to stay in canada, and does not afford her any rights to visit, work or study in canada. since she seems to already be tagged by immigration she could still receive a removal order while her application processes.
while she can technically stay in canada as a visitor while the application processes your file will certainly be scrutinized very closely as her current status and risk of deportation will need to be disclosed on the application.
