I got interview email on 9th Oct, ask me to confirm it by email on "london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca" with subject "Interview Confirmation". I replied them in affirmative on 11th Oct and got a automatic reply from "re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca".
But on 22nd Oct, I received another email from in which they stated that:-
"They didn't receive any confirmation email from my side and if I didn't reply them in 2 days they will close my file"
So again I immediately replied them on same address as well as given address "london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca" and got automatic reply same as previous.
My one day gone and today is my last day to confirm them but still I am confused that they are receive my reply or not.
Is a any proper format to confirm Interview, kindly send me your advice ASAP.

In the email they sent you was there an officer's code number? Usually there is Attention: then a code. if there is when re-sending put Attention: then the code and URGENT Interview confirmation in the subject of the email. In the email, write your name, date of birth, UCI and Application number, then add that you are confirming for the third time.
