Hi friends,

Im from India.Here's my profile,I want to apply to McMaster University MEng(Design) and also applied to Memorial University Masc(Oil and Gas).This is my profile,can youll evaluate my chances?

IELTS -8 (L/R/S 8.5 W 7)
BE in Mechanical Engineering from VTU
Graduation Percentage over 4 years 55.54% with 6 backlogs, Percentage 62.3% in the final year,Percentage 58.66% in the last two years of study

Work Experience:Sales Engineer with 1.5+years of Work experience.

Do you'll think I stand a chance given my profile above.

U can never know until you apply. I suggest U mail the graduate office of the respective universities with your profile. Ask them if you are eligible to apply.

Mcmaster I wud suggest forget it. Memorial U might have some chance. Do mail the program coordinator to check if you can apply
 
Memorial says minimum of second class to apply with 50-59% from India.Is it true that McMaster looks at only the final 2years of studies?Can I just manage to get an admission?

I have no idea whether they look into last 2 yrs or full undergrad result. All I know is that I couldn't get in with 80+ undergrad result.

Hope I get an admission dude.Getting 70% is very hard in our institute,I believe my marks are equivalent to Canadian 65%+
