Can anyone help give a rough estimate on the current chances/statistics of getting a positive LMO for live-in caregiver? And usually how to prove that the caregiver has one year health-care related employment experience? Is written contract required or optional? Many thanks!
RE: LMO -if you are eligible and the job offer is eligible, then you will get a positive LMO.

RE: experience -if you have 12months in a related field, then you should have some kind of proof of this - contract or paystubs.
