I have prepared my application and would be sending in coming week. but i still bit confused with some questions,
So pls pls pls seniors your help is required on below questions..
1. I am not using any repersentative still i need to send that form with intial application or not?
2.additional family information form is to be filled in english and hindi saperately or just in english..?
3. application to be sent in which envelop?
4. which courier service is good? can u suggest a name pls.
5. should i write not applicable in every blank column like date of death column shud be left blank or put N/A.
6 My brother is expired where shud i mention it in 'prsent address' column.
1.no need of sending rep. form if u r applying on ur own.
2.add.info. form in english only.
3.i dont know the exact size but it is lil large than A4 size paper.u can get the exact size at www.cic.gc.ca
4DHL is good.u can track ur shipment on net.
5.u must write N/A .don't left it blank. i did that mistake and most probably my application will be rejected.

one more thing in 'Additional Family information form' they asked to write names in English and native language. Shud i write in english and hindi in same column or shud i use saperate form.

You have to write your name in "English" in entire form, except in Native language required details,just mentioned your name in your native language like if your native language is "Hindi" then write in Hindi and if its "Punjabi" then write in Punjabi...I think it will suffice....Thanks.,,Hardeep.
I printed out two blank forms of the "'Additional Family information form' ", fully completed one in English, and wrote my name in the native language in the other form. This way it was very clear.
