Hi friends I have a PGWP valid till March 2016.
I was working in Canada and came to India this february for an important family issue.

I stayed here for 6 months to sort everything and now wish to go back. I have work permit but not TRV.
I applied TRV but the application asked for employer letter and paystubs which I didnt have as I had withdrawn my work because due to the nature of my issue I didnt knew how long it will take me to return or i could return or not.

Technically they should grant me TRV as I have a valid work permit.

Are there any chances of refusal in this case since I dont have any current job ???
