HELP!!! Indian PCC(BLS or from india)

Hello everyone,
I got my BC PNP and got invitation for express entry too.My parents already got my PCC from SSP office but now i consulted few people they said that i should apply again from BLS.
Is there any difference in both the PCC.Also will cic not consider the one i got from india already.

Can the result of PR application be effected by the indian PCC(made by my parents on my behalf)
