HELP: Inadmissibility Taint On FBI Report

I once schooled in USA and duly went back to my country at completion of my studies without any criminal record, i was however prevented from entering USA again 2 years later on the ground that i misrepresented the landing addrees for my most recent Visitors visa application. this report has shown up on my FBI clearance, am i required to provide additional information about this taint on my FBI clearance? ( i already provided this in my application. I have also provided these explanations each time i went to Canada after the incident). I have completed and passed my Medical screening, its only the FBI clearance i just received that is delaying Final Decision on my Application for Skilled Worker Progrem. I urgently need advice on this.
