I lived in Australia from September-2008 to April-2010. Because I lived there one and half year, I need to get my police clearance and traffic history.I have already downloaded NPC form but I don't know how to get my traffic history from Queensland state.(BTW I didn't have Australian driving licence.)Does anybody know how to get it? I am going to put my PR file soon. Your help will be appreciated.
Applicants who are unable to provide a Traffic History or a Licence History Search must provide evidence, issued by the Queensland and/or Victoria roads authority, stating that the person has never held a driver's licence in that state.
I just have one more question. As you have given me Queensland transportation link which says that I need to fill form F2121( Release of info) . But then in the second link people are saying to fill State dec form which I don't know really is? Can you please help me to get that.
I can see people making cases with using either in that thread. In my opinion, it won't matter which you get. CIC have probably seen either plenty of times.
As the police checks aren't a requirement for submitting your CEC application, if they have any issues with what you end up sending, they aren't going to reject your application. If they were unhappy with what you provide (seems unlikely either way you go), they would let you know and ask you to get the other one.
