I know many applicants who got approval successfully,some with employment restriction ,some without.those people without restriction can get
OPEN bridge work permit from CIC.
Now when it comes to myself,my boss/employer is required to do a LMIA and pay $230,which will lead to employment restriction on my
approval letter. I have no agreement with my boss that I have to work for how long.
So now I wonder how I could get an open work permit like other lucky applicants? because I am holding an open one till
next January ,I deserve an open bridge work permit as long as no LMIA?
