Help in course selection

Hello,

I applied for student visa and got rejected today Sad .I applied for Global Business Management program in Centennial College.

My profile
UG : Bsc Viscom 68%
PG : MBA HRM 60% (Part time)
I have 4 years of work experience.

Last time in the SPP category i did not submit a proper SOP and the reason for rejection is Others level of studies with light

After discussing with many people and consultants across they are asking me to apply with the same global business management program 2 years post graduate certificate program with a strong SOP saying we are doing specialization and some people are telling me to go with masters kindly some one help me from your side and share best course to get the visa approved in this attempt.
