Were planning to apply pr to canada, we are common law partner, we're not married. my husband will be the principal applicant and i am his spouse. His aunt in manitoba will be our sponsor. Is there any chance that migration approved our application?

Hi,,,

Do i need to take ielts exam? or only the principal applicant??? and that is mu husband... and the website below... is that the website where we can apply online?

I didnt find it that harder...Its easy and moreover we only reqire only 5 bands. If ur husband is knows basics, it wont be difficult for him. Go ahead, dont worry...
Guys... Sorry... I just want to clarify and to make sure 100%... are you guys serius?? only the principal applicant will take the ielts exam??
because i read this article says "A fiancé(e) is not a dependant for purposes of immigration. If your fiancé(e) intends to accompany you to Manitoba and you are not getting married before you apply to the MPNP, he/she will need to fill out his/her own MPNP application and qualify as a principal applicant. fiance or spouse or common law are categorize as one"... so meaning he qualify as principal applicant

If u r in common-law partnership with someone for more than one year,,, then u r eligible as a dependent but if u a fiance, then u are not eligible as a dependent.
understand it properly...
