Help i need advice

Actually my spp visa got rejected recently with reason: Your proposed study not in light with previous qualifications,language abilities,level of establishment. (But i think so my profile was relevant)

Now i'm gonna apply again in general category

My profile is: BCA(bachelors of computer application) (55% Second class)
IELTS: 6.5 score, L-7 , R-6.5 , W-5.5 , S-6.5.
Program applied for: Wireless Networking
GIC was provided
College offer letter was provided
SOP was also provided

This time i'm thinking to make my SOP stronger please suggest what should i do in my application to minimize chances of rejection!!!!!!!!!

Get Caips and go from there. Also rewrite ielts to get 6.5 with min 6 in each category.
