HELP! How to get ECA for a UK Top-up degree with Aptech exemptions?

I completed Aptech ADSE, and used that to get a top-up B.Sc from University of Hertfordshire, UK.
My transcript shows that I got 2 years exemption for year 1 and 2.
WES can't seem to evaluate my B.Sc for this reason.

Please, does anyone know how I can evaluate my B.Sc with any other evaluator?
