My PR application got cancelled, reason: incomplete, the letter advised me to create a new express entry profile, so i did, but after submission, i didn't get the usual letter saying i am now in the pool of eligible candidates, instead the application details only says "updated", no messages or anything for 8days now, something must be wrong.. What could this possibly mean? And what should i do?
