I am very confused as to how to approach this problem. I have applied for PR under CEC in February 2014 for myself and my husband from WITHIN Canada. However, we are currently residing in Bangladesh. I just recently paid the RPRF as per their request. Now I am concerned that when and if they do request for our passport they will ask to send to CPP-O. I would rather send it to Bangladesh for processing. How do I change my address in the file?

You submitted your application from within Canada, so you can use that email/fax number.
Unfortunately, the VO that serves Bangladesh is Singapore. So, yes, you need to provide CIC with your change of address. But think about whether you really want to change to Singapore.
