Please, i have an issue concerning the signature of imm 1294.
When i checked online, it is supposed to be 5 pages including the barcode page after having validated the form.
But, as far as concerned i got 6 pages after validating the form with a space reserved for my signature (if i'm older than 17 )on the 5th page and the date.
And i also got a message requiring me to sign on the barcode page ( 6th page) after validating the form.
And i'm really confused now.
Should i leave the space reserved for my signature blank on the 5th page and print the form before signing there and sign again on the 6th page or barcode page ? Or should i sign only on the barcode page ?
Pleaaaase.. I would really appreciate your helppp !!!!
