just got email from CIC to request me provide additional documents regarding my job duties.
In the first part of the letter, it shows some CIC regulations. please see below.
" I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by subsection 16(1) of
the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act which states:
16(1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the
purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents
that the officer reasonable requires."
I am not sure why they mention "an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the
purpose of the examination". everything I said on my employee letter are true and my manager reviewed and signed on it.
Does any know if this is just standard form for this kind of letter?
if CIC does not satisfied about my explanation of duties. would I be considered as "not answer truthfully all questions "?

I think the language used is standard template, if there was anything wrong they would have declined the application, just provide them what they want and hope for the best.
