HELP forgot to include file no

Trinidad immigration request additional documents which i send however on the cover letter I forgot to type my file number however it has already been mailed and received and worst of all the cover letter is headed up using my married name which is hyphenated and not my maiden name in which the application is filed in. Not sure what i was thinkking. Is they anything I can do at this point???????? HELP PLEASE

They don't have your file number and they have the wrong names...it might take time for them to figure out the sender. I would suggest to send others documents( if you can) or send Case Specific enquiries with explanations and/or with the new documents.

when you send the case specific enquiry, be sure to mention that this is urgent and also explain why it's urgent. document requests have time limits so they need to see your enquiry before they get around to looking into the documents you sent.

thanks guys i send an email explaining everything and i received a generated email saying they will read and respond also i found a telephone number for Trinidad office. not sure i will receive an answer but i guess its worth a try.
