Go to hsrdc website http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Welcome.aspx
Click on Org structure and figure out your NOC codes. You may want to browse group 21 "http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Occupations.aspx?val=2"
If you qualify under 0213 then you may be eligible. Go through eligibility tool take self assesment test at
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp
The first digit of the NOC code identifies the Skill Type of an occupation.
•1 corresponds to Skill Level A
•2 or 3 correspond to Skill Level B
•4 or 5 correspond to Skill Level C
•6 corresponds to Skill Level D
Skill Level A represents occupations usually requiring university education. Skill Level B refers to occupations usually requiring college education or apprenticeship training.
