help for family class permanent immigration

As my mother in canada after getting permanent residienc (pr) apllied for the sponsorship of family in pakistan.the canadian ambessy send us the letter to submit our apllication to islamabad ambessy (chc) and we sent them application.but they did not respond us till after 14 months. i dont know now what to do. The visa fee had been submited befor the aplication was submited....

It's very difficult to understand what you are asking. What kind of application was submitted? Who was included in the application? Who was the sponsor? When was the application originally submitted? (This would have been either to Vegreville or Mississauga.) What was sent to CHC 14 months ago?
