Help filling out Transcript application form for Pune University

Hi Everyone,

I'm new here. I applied to the CIO in Jan and have got a email asking me to send my completed application to CHC in New Delhi.

I need to apply for my transcripts from Pune University. I have downloaded the application form, and am trying to figure out how to fill in the marks on pages 2 and 3 of the form.

The table on the form has 4 columns labelled as "Int. 20/40", "Pract. 20", "Ext 60/80" and "Total 100"

Can anyone pls explain what Int. and Ext are?

On my marksheet, I have marks for Paper (PP), Term Work (TW), Practical (PR) and Oral (OR). Can someone please help explain how this maps to the 4 columns mentioned above?

Were u able to get the info as to how the form has to be filled? I am also trying to understand what these columns are. But could not understand.

Please do inform me how you got the transcripts and how to fill the form.

I got my Transcripts from Pune University just few days back

Just Fill the Form as per your mark sheets, make changes to headings as required

You need to give zerox copies of all your marksheets ( attested ) so dont worry no one will look at the form you filled

just imagine what if you fill in form 80 out of 100 and in reality you got 60 are they going to rely on the data you filled !!! i dont understand the use of us filling the data when we are submiting the zerox of our marksheets.. and the are the ones who gave us the marks in the first place..

So guys dont worry about filling the forms just do your best and you will get your transcripts it takes 15 days
