Help! Filling Out PR Form

Hi,
I am a bit confused while filling out the form. I have all my things together now. While in personal history, under the topic, 'Immigration History and Citizenship', there is a question whether you have previosly applied for PR. I have had previous express entry profiles. Do I say yes in the question? But technically, I have not applied for PR, only created express entry profile.
