Hi Friends,

I have been asked by CIC to resubmit Background declaration form.

I dont know how to upload/update the document in the profile.

please guide.

Hi - Once you login to your profile...you should have an option to upload the document which CIC is asking you to resubmit.

login to CIC account

view submitted application

press continue,

scroll down, you will see an option to upload the document

once done, continue next, sign an electronic form.

Below instructions are given in CIC letter:

To provide the requested document(s), go to the MyCIC Welcome Page and click on the ‘’View Checklist’’ button beside your application number on your MyCIC Welcome Page and follow the instructions provided on that page.

But i am unable to find above options.

The only option i see to upload is in Documents submitted by the client there is an upload button. I am not sure if i submit my docs via this option or not?

You can select and upload that option then submit.

I am not able to find the upload or continue button in my application.
