Help! Do I fill out receipt for payment?

I am mailing my application off today when I was looking over the receipt printed out when my sponsor paid. Do I fill it out or does Immigration? With name, date of birth, client ID, postal code, phone number, is the last spot for Social Security number? Does the sponsor's information or the applicant's get put here?

You have to fill it out with the information. Double check your t's and dot your i's.

hi i am having the same problem becasue my wife is sponsoring me and i have paid the fee from my card so i am confused what should i but there ,,,,i guess my information casue i paid the fee....and one more thing since i havent applied for the application what should i put for client id ? is it any government id or something else

Leave the client ID portion blank. You will be given your ID number when they send the AOR.

it's the sponsor's information that goes on the receipt, client ID,name,date of birth,address,phone# ,not your own,and the immigration does not fill it out for you.i did a copy first with the applicant's info,but it was wrong,i had to fax a letter to mississauga to let them know,and they fixed it.
