My wife is planning to apply under the CEC program.
She has finished her degree from Canada, plus almost meeting the 1 year work experience needed to be eligible.
As we were going through the application, we are confused about this question:
Indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:
- your country of nationality, or
- the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one year.
Now our country of residence is Bangladesh.
But she is in Canada for almost 3 years. So she can choose the second option (in canada as fas as i can understand).
I am not in Canada though, so now we are confused.
Does she write Canada office or Singapore office (for bangladeshi nationals, our office is in singapore) ???

If she will be in Canada during the waiting process for your PR, you should put down CPP-O as your preferred Visa Office. If she will go back to Bangladeshi and wait for the PR there, you should put down Singapore as your Visa Office.
So the question is, will she be in Canada for at least a year and a half? or will she go back to your home country sometime soon?
