I'm currently work in Ottawa, and I received a job offer from Montreal.
I'm thinking to move to Montreal, but my wive's application hasn't finalized yet. She has received the AIP, but not DM.

You're better off waiting until she has landed as a PR, since she can then live anywhere in Canada...including Quebec.
