I got accepted by university of Canada west for January semester for MBA . Is anyone pls advise about the visa ratio of this university ? I'm little confused about it . I got a refusal in last year . So I'm applying again .

Last time the refusal reason was
: personal asset , travel history , purpose of visit .

Last time I didn't show any of my personal asset or any liquid cash . But this time I have fund in my own account and also my mother giving me too . Source of fund is land sale .

Can you pls suggest is any good visa chance ?
