Help!! Am i eligible to fly? Study visa approved

Hello,

I am in a complex situation right now help would be really much appreciated. My study visa is approved and it was approved on November 2019 and it will expire on Novemeber 2020. I have letter of acceptance which was issued before 18 March 2020. I had to deffer my winter intake to fall due to some issues. My course will start on August 2020 and it is being delivered fully online. Can i even fly? If yes then what should be the recommended time to fly? Will i be even eligible for study permit?

Please try to understand my situation and help would be much appericiated.

In any event it sounds like you need to apply to extend your study permit.

You cannt fly due to current restrictions. Even if you do try to fly you will be refused entry. You can only fly once restriction are lifted.
In your situation you need visa extension ASAP.

If you’re a student, you must bring

• a valid study permit or a port of entry letter of introduction that shows that you were approved for a study permit before or on March 18, 2020

What is this then? I was approved for a study permit before March 18, 2020
