Hello all,
I hope that you can help me with this situation.
I just got an Ita from yesterday draw 438.
My CRS is 445, however it will be 440 in feb13 if i decline the ita.(birthday)
I'm self employed and i have an official experience of 3 years and 8 months ( May 2015) as an advertising agency director (0124), however i put in the profil that my experience is 4 to 5 years because i started working in my company as a partner in january 2015, but i became official in the papers until May 2015. I became the only owner of the company in october 2016.
So my question should i accept or decline the ita? My old partner is willing to write a letter that i became part of the company in jan 2015 even if my name in the company became visible in may 2015?
If i decline the ita should i be worried if i create a new profile?
If i decline will i have the chance to get the ita with a 440 crs?
Thank you for your future coments

May 2015 till date is over 3 years experience. i don't see the concern. You need to prove you have 3 years experience to qualify for the points you got towards your CRS.

Well, everything officers look at is black and white. If you do not have a proper paperwork, you may be rejected. As a consequence, you may waste your time and money.
Explanation letter may be work in case you can show tax documents or paystubs.

EE eligibility is for FSW points (67/100) which is different from your CRS scores (in your case 445). If your worry is whether or not your CRS points will be reduced because you have 3 years experience instead of 4 years then the answer is NO.
