Good day everyone.

Can anyone help me convert my IELTS result to CLB level please, I'm applying under CEC NOC. B and not sure if I pass the IELTS in CLB level conversion.

My EILTS result

Speaking: 6
Reading: 4
Writing: 4.5
Listening: 5

Writing 4.5 - CLB 4
Listening 5 - CLB 5

In order to qualify for CEC NOC B immigration, you need to have at least a CLB 5 for ALL four categories. So, you do not qualify at this point. You'll need to improve your writing
