Hey so,,,,, My name is mau and I’m a refugee in Thailand it’s been a few years now since I got my my refugee status. (Unhcr)And I am waiting and hoping for resettlement. I just wanted to know if I could apply for the IMM 0008? And I’ve been reading on the rules and guidelines.

Like where do I send the form when I’m done filling it?
And the criminal record do I have to go to the police myself?

Or do I need a private sponsor

And I I cannot downloaded the application form because I’m using a phone and I got no laptop. Is there another way I get it ?

Unfortunately you will have to wait until you are settled by the UNHCR in your current position. Asylum can’t be applied for outside of Canada. If you can arrange for a group of 5 sponsorship, that is also a possibility, but the timelines aren’t very quick.
