hello bro i need help please i got email from visa office it say in email i have to send marriage certificate to visa office and the visa office give me 30 days i scan and send by email and also i send original by mail and i have waiting almost 2 weeks still didn't,t not get reply back is visa office received or not i need help please thanks ??? ???

It's common. You can try to call the call centre, or a Case Specific Enquiry to ask if they received it. When you send the original, did you have them sign for it?
