hello!
i m in the uk right now and want to apply for canadian immigration or highly skilled visa.basically i dont know nothing about the process.so if someone willing to help me, i would appriciate that.i m on post study work currently, so any suggestions plz?

First, plan to spend some time really learning the Guide. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf
Determine which category you qualify for. When you are ready to apply, check on the official website for the most up to date application forms as they have changed a few times in the past 5 months. Apply for and take the English Language test (original IELTS results MUST be included in all applications and results take a few weeks to arrive). Request reference letters, educational qualifications, birth/marriage certificates, etc. Fill in the application and follow instructions precisely. Fee payment either by credit card (there have been some problems with security features) or bank depost (safer). Keep a complete copy of application for your file. Send by courier. Keep record of all receipt details. Watch for CC or BD fees to be taken. Good Luck!
