I am currently in Canada, and my undergraduate degree as well as transcript is already been attested by HEC in the year of 2012. But now, i need to get attested seal copies from HEC for the evaluation procedure of WES services.
Can anyone please guide me how can i do this , i have my originals with me in Canada but i have my family in Islamabad. Can someone from my family go and get the photocopies attested and sealed without presenting the originals? DO i need to get the originals attested again by HEC ?
Are you trying to get matric and fsc certificates? If not i believe you talking about bachlour degree. For that you have to book an online apointment first and also you need to weite acletter that your family member is getting attested document for you. And you need to send your orignal documents as well.
