Do u know what a s44 (1)is
my x got a letter from immagration saying they decided to write a S44(1)
And are passed his file to the hearings and appeals unit of cbsa.and scheduling a hearing
just wondering if anyone knows much about this. :-*

just wondering if anyone knows much about this. :-*

1. You should be able to figure it out. He had condition 51 on his PR, you two didn't live together for 2 years after "landing" , you reported him to CBSA/CIC, they are now writing a report that he didn't meet condition 51.
2. He will then get a notice to appear for an Immigration hearing from the IAD appeals to division for him to convince them that his PR shouldn't be removed and he removed from Canada.
