Hey guys, I received a mail saying that my refugee claim is ready to be scheduled and its virtual. It has been more that 2 month and I still didn't get a hearing date. If there is anyone with any information about how long I should wait approximately to get my hearing date, I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

When did you apply for asylum and are you classified as less complex case? Ready to be scheduled just means you’ve joined a very long waiting list. When you get closer to the end of the list they start booking hearings. Unfortunately doesn’t necessarily mean you are close to a hearing.
