Hi! I am 28 weeks pregnant (American woman) and have applied for PR ( in Canada) but it has not come through. I have been told that if I have my baby in Saskatchewan and I do not have permanent residence and no healthcare then my baby will not have health care until my PR comes through because thebaby "follows the mother" in Saskatchewan. The father is a Canadian citizen. Does anyone know if this is true?
