Having two Express Entry Profiles

Hello,

I have one profile with IRCC with my souse included in the process and I am using that for a PNP Nomination, but the point are way to low.
I was told I can do a second Profile without my spouse coming to Canada, and I read online that having two Express Entry profiles is not allowed.
Do you know if this recommendation is worth taking or should I not go for it?
