Having trouble paying fees online

Hi everyone,

I just tried paying the fees for sponsorship online and it says that the payment was not approved. I know for certain that there is enough money for the payment on the card as I put the money there myself (it is a visa you put money on, not an actual credit card) I have used it many times to make purchases online and have not had problems. Is there another method of payment, maybe at a bank here in Italy.....please help, i really want to get this show on the road!!! Thanks!!!!

sometimes the website has troubles and you can try paying again in a few hours and maybe it will work. Otherwise I am not sure how to do it in Italy. the other option is to get somebody to pay in canada and order the receipt for you, and they can mail it to you afterwards, but it's more complicated of course.
