IRCC updated all the travelling information on website. The ban will be lifted on 30 June 2020 for all foreigner travellers

The order concerning travellers is effective initially until June 30. That does not imply that it will be either be lifted then or best case removed before then nobody can predict anything. In effect the date is just a date as opposed to publishing no date at all.

travel ban for non-canadian citizens and Permanent residents (as well as immediate family members) will be until June 30th.
This Order has effect for the period beginning at noon Eastern Daylight Time on March 18, 2020, and ending at noon Eastern Daylight Time on June 30, 2020.

If you have a work permit/study/tourist and outside you're not allowed to come to Canada until June 30.
